We are experienced, knowledgeable, resourceful, hard working and dedicated. We understand that your property is a very important asset that needs direct attention and careful management.
We are large enough to offer a completely professional service and small enough for you to be able to speak to the person you want to speak to from the Office Manager to the Director. We try to make our service as personal as possible, we know all our landlords, sellers, buyers and tenants by name and most of our business is repeat business or referrals.
- Property Management
Julia (Stone) is Company Director. Julia has been involved in buying, letting and selling her own properties since the 90s before starting LSP. After experiencing the poor service offered by many agents and their lack of care and attention to detail Julia left her City career to start up her own company. She started small and has grown the business organically over the past few years by providing the type of service our landlords and sellers want to receive. She has done this through selecting dedicated, like minded individuals to fulfil the service requirements of London Stone Properties' ever growing client base and trying never to compromise on the quality of work that she or her team offer.
Julia used to head up the Lettings Side and support the Sales. She can and does continue to help out with both sides of the business and is very knowledgeable on all aspects, including the legal issues, of both areas of the business. This allows us to add immediate, effective strength into the negotiating team whenever demand for viewings is higher than the norm.
Julia's extensive knowledge of Housing and Tenancy Acts is also incredibly useful whenever a landlord (or tenant) wants guidance on how to move forward through any situation, easy or delicate!
Julia's role is to take the business forward, to try ensure the smooth running of everyday operations so all our clients recieve the high level of service they deserve and to constantly improve London Stone's offering in the Lettings and Estate Agency market.

Head of Lettings
Hannah (Byrne) Joined us early in 2012 to strenghten our Lettings division. Hannah has over 5 years experience and comes from a lettings background in the Kent area. In her first role, Hannah progressed from a Trainee position to Senior Negotiator through hard work and a natural ability to work well with both landlords and tenants. She was then 'Head Hunted' by another agent to start a new lettings venture which resulted in opening a second branch within a year and a half.
Hannah has a professional attitude and a very polite manner towards both landlords and tenants. She has quickly got to know the site and shares the London Stone attitude that if we would not be comfortable putting a particular tenant into a flat we own personally, we are not comfortable putting them into one of our clients' flats.
Lettings Negotiator and Sales Administrator
Jeni (Buckingham) joined us in May 2011. She gained her first experience in Estate Agency work in Lincoln shire where she worked for 2.5 years whilst taking her NVQ levels 2 and 3 in Business admin and Customer Services. Since then she has gained invaluable sales experience in 2 further roles before returning to her first love: Lettings.
We are delighted to have young Jeni aboard, she's diligent, hard working, friendly and constantly looking to learn and improve.
Head of Sales
We are delighted to introduce our new Head of Sales Mark (Welberry). London Stone Properties currently sell more properties on Royal Arsenal than any other agent, we may even sell more than all the other agents put together, but there are so many ways in which any business can move forward. Mark has been recruited to take our Sales Business, both in and outside of Royal Arsenal to another level.
Mark joined us in September 2011. He comes from many many years experience (over 19) in the Estate Agency Industry. Most recently he was Branch Manager for a company in Crawley which he joined in 2008 with the specific brief to turn a failing branch into a profitable branch. Before this success he was Sales and Branch Managers for Gascoigne-Pees and Cubitt & West. In one of these positions he took a young sales team from being the 4th to the most successful office in the town and in the other he revitalised and refocused a branch and significantly increased their sales turnover.
Mark has a calm manner, an eye for detail, an understanding of what a client is looking for and a great ability to keep in contact with both the seller and buyer until he is able to bring the seller a good offer which he then progresses through to completion.
Head of Property Management
Aaron (Smith) runs our Property Management department, ably assisted by Titia. Aaron joined LSP in March 2011 after Paul left us to go travelling around SE Asia. Aaron has over 8 years experience working in property management. Just prior to joining LSP he worked for Yannis Group managing 13 blocks of apartments with 4 staff members and an an additional 8 full time contractors. He's also worked for an Estate Agency: Globe Estates and a private property developer. In these various roles he's been responsible for block management, individual property maintenance, rent collection, site inspections, service charge budgets and general lettings agency work. He brings his smile, pleasant professional manner and very well rounded experience to the LSP team.
Titia (Wootton) joined London Stone Properties in Nov 2007. She has over 20 years office management and administration experience. With us she has a dual role as she overseas the running of the administration side and supports Aaron's Property Management division. Her expertise in ensuring that all Tenancy Agreements, Sublets, Keys, Inventories, Standing Orders, Checkouts, Deposit registrations, Referencing, Gas safety Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates, Utilities, etc etc are correctly completed is invaluable.
Titia is assisted by Tanya (Tingey), (joined March 09). Tanya is so detail focused the rest of the office stands in awe of her. It is just what we need in the all important administration side of the business. Over the years she has proved to be a tremendous asset to the business and is a very dedicated member of the team.
Head of Accounts
Penny (Davis) runs all things financial. Having joined in April 04 she is the longest serving member of staff at London Stone. Penny has seen the growth of the company from a handful of landlords to a client list that now runs into the hundreds. Over this time she has helped us implement new Accounting and Property Management software. This has allowed the business capabilities to grow with our client base, ensuring that our landlords and sellers continue to receive monies in an accurate and timely manner.
London Stone has always been committed to having a competent, qualified team of professionals to match the demands of the business. As we continue to grow organically we shall increase staffing numbers so the level of service we provide never declines in quality.
